We offer a variety of yoga classes FOR MULTIPLE LEVELS. Class run from 75 to 50 minutes depending on the class. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of each class to sign-in and set out your mat. New students, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class start to complete new student paperwork. Late arrival may result in class not concluding on time. You may also download and complete paperwork prior to class via our website. Both our monthly schedule and new student paperwork can be viewed and downloaded under Documents. Below are the various classes we offer:
Power Yoga: This class focuses on awakening the mind and body. All muscles will be engaged and strengthened. You will get your sweat on in this class, engaging in an intensive fat burning work out. Great for those needing an energy boost and of course you will get your relaxation on too. Suggested for those with goals of weight loss.This is a 75 minute class. Alternating Schedule: Every Other Mondays @ 7pm, Every Other Thursday @ 9:15am (See Calendar for Specicis)
Beginner Power Yoga: A less intense version of our Power Yoga class. Still a great workout and appropriate for all levels. This is a 50 minute class. Saturday @ 9:15am.
Restorative Yoga: This class focuses on increasing flexibility, relaxation, and reducing stress and tension in the body. Deep and intensive stretching is involved. Great for those who have excessive muscle tension. Suggested for beginners and those with goals of increased flexibility/mobility and stress/anxiety reduction. This is a 60 minute class. Thursday @ 7pm.
YIN/YANG Yoga: This class is a combination of power and restorative yoga poses. Through YANG practice, one tones muslces, increases strength and improves circulation, flowing from one yoga pose to another. Through YIN practice, one improves flexibility by deeply stretching muscles and connective tissue, releasing tension and stress. Suggested for those with goals of both strengthening/toning and increasing flexibility. Tuesday @ 9:15am.
PALOGA is an exercise system that combines Pilates and Yoga, focused on improving strength, body awareness, and toning without building bulk. The method is a series of controlled movements performed while engaging core muscles and maintaining spinal alignment. Excellent for flattening the abdomine, firming the gluteus and shaping the legs. Yoga poses incorporated to stretch and cool down. Class is 60 minutes. Saturday @ 10:15am.
NEW CLASSES FOR FALL
- PUR PILATES is the purest form of mat pilates developed by Joseph Pilates. Class is 60 minutes. Monday @ 9:15am
-PILATES PLUS incorporates the pilates ring and weights. Class is 60 minutes. Tuesday @ 6:30pm
- YOGA BODY SCULPT uses weights to tone body. Class is 75 minutes. Alternating schedule: Every Other Monday @ 7pm, Every Other Thursday @ 9:15am (See Calendar for Specifics).
- VINYASA CORE POWER YOGA you will flow from pose to pose, many being those of power positions. Class is 60 minutes. Wednesday @ 7pm

Often referred to as a massage from the inside out, the vibration of the gong is powerful & soothing, invigorating & relaxing all at the same time. All levels are welcome to this event. Twisting poses are often the best way to untie both physical and psychological knots. Forward bends, side bends, and backbends bring relief, but twists really get to the core of your tension. Only twists can effectively stretch the deepest layer of back muscles -- the small ones closest to your spine. The more you practice twists, the more you realize they don't just release tightness, they also dissipate the frustration, anxiety, or fear that's often behind physical tension. On many levels, twisting is more about what you let go of than what you accomplish. Space limited to to 25 people. Cost is $25 per person. How to Cleanse - Learn how to Detoxify and Reenergize: Learn the steps of our new cleanse program and how to detoxify safely. Our classes are ideal for all levels and we offer a variety of options and pricing to fit everyone’s schedule and budget. We offer 4 to 12 week class packages and individual health and wellness Workshops.
Each organization arranges the schedule, participants, and in-house advertising and promotion as well as provides a safe, clean and spacious environment to conduct classes.
